Enzyme @ the CIC Training Centre

Dear Friends,
Today’s post is going to be a bit more relevant if you live in Hong Kong or nearby. Enzyme has been appointed to impart the Archicad BIM courses organised by the Construction Industry Council of Hong Kong, continuing in this way and in a more official way the spread of BIM knowledge that we usually do here in this blog and in workshops all around the globe.

CIC has training sessions for many different softwares relevant to the construction industry but is only since last year that they implemented Archicad within those! Hong Kong has been hesitating to accept any other software other than Revit as BIM tools, even if was already proven in most part of the world!

But the seamless connection with Rhino and Grasshopper, the use of BIMx for communication and site checking tool. And the wide acceptance among design offices world wide due its intuitiveness  have indeed open the doors for more people to be interested in ARCHICAD as their main tool!

The seamless connection with Rhino and Grasshopper, BIMx and its intuitiveness for design, have open the doors for more people to be interested in ARCHICAD as their main design tool!

Some of the Hong Kong mayor local practices,WCWP,  P&T and LWK & Partners,  have adopted Archicad as one of the software solutions having been featured as Graphisoft  Key Clients world wide in the KCC conference last year in Kyoto together with BIG, Nikken Sekkei, TAKENAKA, and other mayor players.
We are very happy indeed that this opening process has started for Hong Kong . We are big advocates of the OPEN BIM concept. Everyone should be allowed to use their software of choice and be able to collaborate with others. As in every other aspect of human life, diversity is better for growth.
