This last month Enzyme Apd and TASMEEM design studio have signed a MOU for collaboration on the design, development and coordination for complex projects using BIM.
TASMEEM consists of a group of multinational designers, who are passionate about, and committed to the practice of architecture and design. With studios in both Dubai and Hong Kong, TASMEEM works range in scale from products, residential and civic buildings to large urban planning projects.

TASMEEM design processes utilise intensive creative explorations. Testing design variations and developing iterations is an essential part of our design workflow, and here’s when BIM comes handy. Always coming up with different design options and strategies, testing different values and parameters, such spacial explorations, sustainability, constructibility… etc, while having all the documentation always up to date and coordinated throughout the design team and the different agents involved.
Using the great visualisation power of the awarded BIMx Pro which combines real time walk-through graphics and technical documentation of plans, sections and details overlaid with the 3D and also the object meta data and specification, we will have the clients involved in the design process and always aware of the latest design.

Inspired by other successful design offices like BIG or Nikken Sekkei, that have implemented BIM into the early stages of their design process, TASMEEM have chosen ARCHICAD for being the best tool meeting their needs. The most flexible in terms of interface and design, the one that merge best with their Rhino/Grasshopper design workflow providing  at the same time fast and intuitive documentation.

TASMEEM works for the most demanding clients and always have delivered top quality projects, and for this reason have decided to get involved enzyme’s BIM team to overlook and coordinate the BIM process and the documentation production for the current and future projects, in order to avoid coordination problems and delivering clash free construction drawings, and high detailed BIM models to help construction scheduling, accurate quantity surveying, sustainability analysis (LEED tracking) and model handover for a facility management application.
